Terms of Service for Sheepz

Welcome to Sheepz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sheepz, including our mobile applications, web versions, leaderboards, and related services provided by Moodstone ("Moodstone", "we", "our", or "us").

1. License to Play

Subject to these Terms, Moodstone grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and play Sheepz for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices.

2. Fair Play & Leaderboard Rules

Sheepz features global and friend leaderboards for Daily Challenges and arcade speedruns. To protect the integrity and fun of the community, you agree not to:

• Use bots, automated scripts, memory editors, or cheats to manipulate game scores or completion times.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to submit fraudulent leaderboard entries.
• Choose offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate display names for your player profile.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game's servers, databases, or API communications.

Moodstone reserves the right to remove any score, ban accounts, or revoke leaderboard privileges if abnormal, unfair, or abusive behavior is detected.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Sheepz—including but not limited to the game design, sheep and dog graphics, audio assets, level layouts, code, branding, and logos—are owned exclusively by Moodstone and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. User Accounts & Deletion

You may play Sheepz as a guest or create an optional player account (via Apple, Google, or Email) to save progress across devices. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may permanently delete your account and associated cloud data at any time inside the app via Profile ➔ Delete Account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sheepz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Moodstone does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moodstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access or inability to access or play the game.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revisions will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Sheepz after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
